Job Description

 Audits of financial statements, including review of quarterly financial information

 Audits of internal control over financial reporting including Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404

 Agreed upon procedures

 Other attest related services

 Prepare tax returns (individual, corporate and partnership) for various industries

 Researching tax regulations and understanding the application tax implication for specific clients

 Post payroll transactions

 Various other projects as needed


Preferred Qualifications

 Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in accounting (with 150 credits)

 Strong academic record (minimum of GPA of 3.0)

 Fluent in Korean

 Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage assignment in a team environment

 Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

 Relevant work experiences (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs)
